    Raymond Kwok, DMD and Associates

Exterior graphics for South Pasadena dental practice. Bricks on the postwar façade were damaged from previous signs, so we opted to install a painted aluminum panel with raised acrylic lettering. Type is mid-modern (Trade Gothic Extended) paired with a beautiful Caslon 540 ampersand for a dash of elegance.

    Hip, modern signage
    Bruce K. Smith Salon

Trendy new hair salon in La Cañada Flintridge needed a unique sign to stand out from neighboring businesses. Sharply defined dimensional modern letters grace the three color design. Clever placement of punctuation adds style.

Two-sided aluminum blade sign welcomes clients from either direction on the boulevard. We also designed matching printed materials and window graphics.

The sign adds the perfect finishing touch to this modern salon!

    Fresh and contemporary signage
    Thomas Ortiz Hair Salon

This longtime hair salon in Glendale is adjacent to a busy Starbucks and needed to be noticed! So we chose an appealing, bright color scheme which really stands out against the 1920s brick building, night or day.

The identity was one of our firm’s first projects (1997). The current 8 x 4 ft. sign and window graphics were installed in 2009, and they still look new. Our colleagues at Arcadia Sign Co. always provide first-class service and quality at reasonable rates.
